Utility and Industrial Services assist customers in benefiting
from the shared resources and utility expertise of Hemaraj and
its global partners. These capabilities extend beyond Hemaraj
industrial estates and leverage technical resources.
GHECO-One Company Limited is a 35/65 joint venture between
Hemaraj and Glow Energy in a 660 MW IPP (Individual Power
Producer) to supply power to Electricity Garneting Authority
of Thailand. A subsidiary of Suez Energy Group from Belgium,
Glow Energy is Thailand’s largest private power producer
with total capacity of 1,670 MW.
Glow IPP, Hemaraj holds a 5% equity in Glow IPP, the 713
MW IPP Power Project locating in Hemaraj Chonburi Industrial
Estate.
Elyo-H Facilities
Management is a 40/60 Hemaraj joint venture with Suez Energy and Teo Hong Silom providing utility and facility management
services to numerous industrial customers including refineries
and auto plants. Elyo invests in and operates under long-term
agreements small utility plants such as compressed air,
chilled water system, and steam generation.
Eastern Pipeline Services,
a fully owned subsidiary provides piping distribution for chemicals,
steam and industrial gas for heavy industrial users.
H-Construction Management And Engineering
a 100% subsidiary company provides design, construction
supervision, project and construction management services.
Hemaraj Water provides additional
capacity of treated clarified water or waste water treatment
to industrial customers.
Waste Management
Siam operates the Eastern Seaboard Environmental
Complex (ESBEC) at the Hemaraj Chonburi Industrial Estate on
a long-term lease from Hemaraj. The ESBEC is the first
licensed, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001-certified, non-hazardous
waste disposal landfill site in Thailand.
Hemaraj Value Added Service Center (VAS) offers a myriad
of value-added services including building construction,
pipe rack installation, construction management, IT and
telecommunications services, transportation solutions, waste
management, industrial housekeeping, gardening, cleaning
services, health care, executive accommodation, etc.
Hemaraj Skill Training Center, under cooperation with
Vocational Education Commission and Skill Development
Department, this training center provides technical skill
development programs and Dual Vocational Training
curriculums for our customers’ workforce.
