Ready Built Factories

Sized from 500 sq.m. to 6,000 sq.m., the Ready Built Factories for Rent offer manufacturers various alternatives to fit their requirements with a quick entry and lower initial cost. Hemaraj also builds Purpose Built Factories of 10,000 square meters or more upon order.

Ready Built Factories provide customers ease and flexibility on investment and financing as well as a growth path to larger buildings or to developed land as their business expands. H-Construction Management and Engineering, a Hemaraj company, can also manage the utility and fit-out requirements for customers further.

To date Hemaraj has built over 300 Ready Built Factories comprising more than 600,000 square meters. These are available in General Industrial Zone and Free Zone/Customs IEAT Free Zone in varying sizes in five of our Industrial Estates and Industrial Lands. Hemaraj recently began expanding the ready built factory business by acquiring 55 rai in Hi-Tech Kabin Industrial Park, Prachinburi. This initial investment will be used to construct 51,000 square meters of ready built factories. The site was selected due to its proximity to ground and sea transportation, and will address the increasing demand from investors in Prachinburi for factories in BOI promoted industrial Zone 3. The warehouses will be available for rent in mid 2013.

As the company’s first step, Hemaraj has begun expanding its property development outside of the company’s six existing industrial estates. Hemaraj acquired 55 rai in Hi-Tech Prachinburi Industrial Park, situated on Km. 78 on highway 304 to construct 51,000 square meters of Ready Built Factories. The site was selected due to its proximity to ground and air transportation and the new location will address the increasing demand from investors in Prachinburi for factories in BOI promoted industrial zone 3.
