Basell Advanced Polyolefins (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (BAPT) is a Thailand based-plastics compounding company established in 1997 to manufacture and market polypropylene composite material and alloys. Our production plant is located in Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong Province. The Plant has been operational since 2nd quarter of 1999 and has been designed for future expansion. BAPT is a company jointly owned by Lyondellbasell. One of the world’s largest polymers. Petrochemicals and fuels company and local shareholders.


1. Quality Control 1 Position
Qualifications:-
• Male.
• At least 20 years old.
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Analytical Chemistry / Petrochemical / Plastics Engineering / Polymer Science or Technology / Material Science or any related field.
• Has QC experience 0 – 1 years up.
• Knowledge of quality systems for the automotive industry ISO/TS16949.
• Knowledge using of injection / extrusion molding machines.
• Knowledge about the tools and equipment for laboratory analysis, how to test the properties of polymers.
• Knowledge about the compounding manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of test and check the color will be considered.
• Computer skill in Word, Excel.

• SPC X bar R chart control
• MSA Measurement system analysis
• Nonconforming product follow up
• COA report
• Support Final inspection and testing

2. Warehouse Supervisor 1 Position

Qualifications:-
• Male or Female.
• At least 30 years.
• Bachelor degree in any field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in overall warehouse function.
• Expert to working on Excel application and access and familiar with ISO9001/TS16949

Job Description:-
• Supervise warehouse staff to perform the job safety and effectively in accordance with company’s procedure and policy.
• Ensure that all transactions are record within the time frame as mention in inventory policy.
• Monitor and control for inventory accuracy both Raw material and Finished Goods.
• Be a leader for stock taking according to company schedule.
• Control expense of warehouse to be within budget.
• Manage space between internal warehouse and external warehouse for efficiency space utilization.
• Do investigate and provide the cause of stock variance between physical and system within the time frame required.
• Ensure / maintain housekeeping in all warehouse area.
• Review QP that related to warehouse work to ensure that QP is updated and comply with the actual practice.
• Provide report / so additional work as assigned by Supervisory.
