- GHECO-One Co., Ltd. is a 35/65 joint venture in a 660 MW IPP with Glow Energy, a subsidiary of GDF Suez Energy Group to
  supply power to Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT).

- Glow IPP: Hemaraj holds 5% equity in Glow IPP, a 713 MW IPP power project located in Hemaraj Chonburi Industrial Estate in
  operation since 2001.

- Houay Ho Hydro Power: Hemaraj holds 12.75% of the Houay Ho hydro power project in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic
  through its stake in Houay Ho Thai Company Limited, whose shareholders are Hemaraj and the Glow group. Houay Ho Power
  operates a 152 MW hydro power plant in Laos under a 30-year concession from the Laos government.
