The Duplex offers more spacious area than the tradition attached factory, with space from 1,200 - 1,400 sq.m., inclusive of 214 sq.m. of office areas Each unit will share one side of the wall with its neighbor and has its own 11-meter-driveway along the sideway of the building. These are available for rent in general industrial zone.

The unique clear span or column free structure for the manufacturing area maintains the same. This will give maximum flexibility for production line planning for business operator. Offices on mezzanine level allows view of the production line.
