Hemaraj has cooperated with Rayong Technical College and the Rayong Center for Skill Development to provide training to industrial workforce. Both schools agreed to lend their expertise in organizing special training programs for the companies in Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (ESIE), Rayong Industrial Land and Hemaraj Chonburi Industrial Estate (CIE).
The program will mainly cover two areas. One is the development of skills and the other is the improvement of the educational level along with skills.
