Dual Vocational Training at Hemaraj's Industrial Estates


Dual Vocational Training (DVT) by Chonburi Technical School includes two types of programs, one is to have students from Chonburi Technical College coming to factories for on the job training for four days a week besides a one-day classroom training. This will help the students have hands-on experience, while factories will have a better choice of human resources pool. The other way is for the factories to recruit their own staff and put them through a tailor-made curriculum. This way the workers' skills will be better crafted and the participants will have better career opportunities. In this sytem, there is flexibility of timing and transfer of work experience into credits for the pursued courses.
